º El Artículo 37 Del Decreto 829 De 1984, Quedará Así: "la Junta Directiva Será Elegida Por La Asamblea General De Acuerdo Al Sistema Dispuesto En Los Estatutos Y Estará Integrada Al Menos Por Cinco (5) Miembros Con Sus Respectivos Suplentes

º El artículo 37 del Decreto 829 de 1984, quedará así: "La Junta Directiva será elegida por la Asamblea General de acuerdo al sistema dispuesto en los estatutos y estará integrada al menos por cinco (5) miembros con sus respectivos suplentes. A menos que se disponga otra cosa en los estatutos, la junta operativamente, estará originada así: Presidente. Vicepresidente . Vocales . La Junta es el organismo ejecutor de las decisiones de la Asamblea y sus atribuciones se determinarán en los estatutos. Corresponde a la junta aplicar las sanciones cuya imposición no sea responsabilidad de otra autoridad de la Asociación.

Parágrafo

Salvo disposición estatutaria, el período de los miembros de la Junta Directiva será de dos (2) años pudiendo ser reelegidos indefinidamente".
