En la misma pena establecida en el Artículo anterior incurrirá el militar que tomare y ejerciere un mando o comisión, o comunicare órdenes a Cuerpos o fracciones de tropa sin haber recibido autorización para ello; el que contra la orden de sus jefes retuviere el mando que se le hubiere confiado, y el que violare o forzare una consigna y no fuere punible en forma más rigurosa, de conformidad con las disposiciones de esta Ley.
