De la aprobación de la disolución. La disolución de las asociaciones agropecuarias o campesinas, cualquiera que sea el origen de la decisión, será aprobada por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o la Secretaría de Gobierno respectiva, según el caso.
