ARTICULO 16 . FUNCIONES DEL DESPACHO DEL VICEMINISTRO.- El Viceministro de Transporte ejercerá las funciones señaladas en la Constitución y en la ley para esta dependencia y, en especial, las previstas en el Decreto-Ley 1050 de 1968 y en las normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o complementen.
