SANCIONES. A quien sin justa causa impida, o no preste colaboración para la práctica de cualquier prueba en el proceso, el funcionario le impondrá por resolución motivada, arresto inconmutable de uno (1) a treinta (30) días según la gravedad de la obstrucción y tomará las medidas conducentes para lograr la práctica inmediata de la prueba. La decisión no será susceptible de recurso alguno y tendrá cumplimiento inmediato.
