º. Las agencias privadas lucrativas de colocación o empleo quedan obligadas a

Actualizar anualmente la cuantía de la garantía, tomando como base las modificaciones al salario mínimo legal vigente;

Renovar anualmente el certificado expedido por la Cámara de Comercio del domicilio de la respectiva agencia, sea persona natural o jurídica;

Presentar trimestralmente los informes estadísticos sobre el movimiento de demandas u ofertas de trabajo y colocaciones dentro de los primeros quince (15) días de los siguientes meses: enero, abril, julio y octubre de cada año.
