º. Las sanciones de que tratan los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 2195 de 18 de octubre de 1976, serán aplicadas por los Comandantes de Estación de la Policía Nacional, con grado no inferior al de Capitán, quienes conocerán a prevención. En los lugares donde no existan dichos Comandantes, conocerán los Alcaldes o Inspectores de Policía, respectivamente.
