Art. 206. los jefes políticos, alcaldes, jueces i demás funcionarios, no podrán ni deberán suscribir la dilijencia de reconocimiento de tabaco inútil o de faltas de jénero en los tercios, sin haber reconocido por si mismos, con asistencia del escribano o de dos testigos juramentados, la inutilidad del tabaco, o concurrido i presenciado la apertura del tercio o tercios en que se asegure haber habido fallas.
