Reporte y disponibilidad de información.Las entidades responsables de pago, los prestadores de servicios de salud y los proveedores de tecnologías en salud están obligados a reportar y publicar la información que el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social determine en desarrollo de los artículos 3 y 4 de la Ley 1966 de 2019 y las demás normas aplicables.

La información reportada e integrada en el sistema determinado por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social será insumo para que todos los actores del SGSSS ejerzan sus funciones y competencias.
