Plan Integral de Desarrollo. El Plan Integral de Desarrollo que el Alcalde debe presentar al Concejo durante las sesiones ordinarias del mes de agosto de cada año, en cumplimento a lo dispuesto por el numeral 6° del artículo 5° de la Ley 49 de 1987, incluirá el Programa de Inversiones previsto en el inciso 2° del artículo 89 del Decreto-ley 77 de 1987.
