Art. 1°. Asígnase como fondo de amortizacion a los vales de segunda clase que se hayan emitido hasta ahora i que sigan emitiéndose por los créditos reconocidos o que se reconozcan como pertenecientes a la clasificacion .4.ª del artículo 3.° de la lei 67 de 1877, hasta la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000) mensuales en dinero, a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo, i si lo permiten los recursos del Tesoro, los cuales se sacarán a remate por la oficina respectiva.
