Por cuenta de la Nación se construirá en el cementerio de Bogotá, en el lote mandado comprar con tal objeto por la Asamblea de Cundinamarca, un monumento con el busto en mármol del ilustre republico. En el pedestal se grabara la siguiente inscripción:
