Terminada la deliberación, el Presidente del Consejo preguntará a cada uno de los vocales si el sindicado N.N., es responsable, si o no, de los hechos que motivaron la convocatoria del consejo, especificándolos claramente. Los vocales del menor antiguo al más antiguo, contestarán: “De acuerdo con mi conciencia, el sindicado N.N, sí es, o no es, responsable de los hechos”. Finalmente, el Presidente del Consejo, en la misma forma, dirá si el reo es, o no es responsable.
