Entrega de archivos. Los servidores que desempeñen empleos o cargos de manejo y confianza y los responsables de los archivos del Ministerio del Interior, deben adelantar las gestiones necesarias para hacer entrega de los mismos, debidamente inventariados, de competencia del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de los Ministerios.
