Las condiciones de seguridad para el retorno y/o la reubicación temporal o definitiva, tanto individual como colectiva, serán evaluadas por parte de los Comités de Justicia Transicional del territorio receptor a partir de los conceptos que emita la Fuerza Pública y las pruebas aportadas por las entidades del Ministerio Público.
