º. Las sumas depositadas en cuentas de ahorro, ganarán de los siguientes beneficios

a)

El sistema del Valor Constante establecido en el Decreto 677 de 1972, y disposiciones complementarias:

b)

Del pago de un interés anual, que será fijado por el gobierno, previa recomendación de la Junta de Ahorro y Vivienda en acuerdo con la Junta Monetaria.

c)

De una garantía adicional al depositante para la devolución del saldo de su cuenta hasta una cuantía de 2.000 unidades del poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC).
