Jurisdicción y sedes . La jurisdicción de las Direcciones Seccionales del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad podrá abarcar el territorio de uno o varios Departamentos de la división político-administrativa del país y su sede permanente puede ubicarse en la ciudad capital o en otra que garantice su normal funcionamiento. El Director del Departamento adoptará por Resolución las decisiones correspondientes.
