Legalizanse los pagos hechos por el señor Emigdio Gutierrez P., Administrador de Correos de Manizales, que le fueron glosados por la Corte de Cuentas el 7 de diciembre de 1922, y que ascienden a la suma de mil ciento siete pesos con veintiséis centavos ($ 1,107-26).

Parágrafo

En dicha legalización quedan comprendidas las cantidades de mil cuarenta y seis pesos con veinticinco centavos ($ 1,046-25) de que aparecen responsables los señores Julio Mejía O. y Abigail Estrada, Administradores de Correos de Aranzazu y Marmato, respectivamente, puesto que si desempeñaban las funciones de Telegrafistas y Administradores de Correos.
