En los casos excepcionales en que un Inspector Nacional, Rector, Director o Prefecto, esté devengando en la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto un sueldo básico superior al que le corresponde, dicho empleado continuará devengando ese sueldo superior, mientras tenga tal calidad.
