Art. 3.° Las oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas procederán á regularizar sus cuentas haciendo las adiciones ó sustracciones antedichas, conforme al pormenor de la Contabilidad general, que se publicará á continuación del presente. En los anteriores términos quedan re formados los Decretos ejecutivos número 2, de fecha 2 de Enero, y número 214, de 8 de Marzo del presente año.
