No se pondrá el sello de garantía de que trata el artículo 60 a las pesas y contrapesos relacionados en este capítulo, que vayan a ponerse en uso, si no se acomodan en las tolerancias señaladas en él; y en cuanto a las pesas y contrapesos que ya estuvieren en uso, serán condenados en la forma prevista por el artículo 61 si se propasan del doble de dichas tolerancias.
