Articulo 184 . Forma de imponer sanciones. Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente, que deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado, dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el decreto 2733 de 1959.
