Prohibición de algunos nombramientos. Prohíbese el nombramiento de educadores en áreas diferentes a aquellas en las cuales se presenten las vacantes; sin embargo, cuando las necesidades determinadas por el desarrollo curricular así lo recomienden y previo estudio por parte del Director del Núcleo podrá proveerse a vacante con un educador especializado en área diferente.
