La bonificación por compensación que se establece en el presente decreto, no se aplicará a quienes hayan ingresado al servicio público a partir del 1 de enero de 1997, ni a quienes después de la citada fecha, reingresen a cualquiera de las entidades de que trata el presente decreto, después de quince días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de retiro.
