La suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00), destinados a la construcción de la concentración escolar de que trata el artículo tercero de esta Ley, le será entregada a la Secretaría de Educación del Departamento de Antioquia, para su inversión; y los cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) destinados a la erección del busto ordenado por el artículo segundo, se entregará a la Junta que funcione en la ciudad de Marinilla "pro - Honores doctor Román Gómez", la cual dará cuenta de su inversión a la Contraloría General de la República.
