Art 24. Cuando el impuesto sobre el ganado mayor esté arrendado, la primera autoridad política del distrito, fracción ó agregación á quien toque dar la licencia para la matanza, conforme al artículo 5.° , debe pasar á la Administración principal de Hacienda nacional respectiva la noticia de que trata el artículo 24, á fin de que aquéllos formen y pasen á la Secretaría de Hacienda de la República la estadística allí prevenida.
