La persona que figure en lista de elegibles será retirada de la misma cuando se compruebe que ha hecho fraude en el concurso, se establezca error evidente en el proceso de selección de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 198, o comunicado el nombramiento no lo acepte, sin justa causa a juicio de la Administración.
