Al fin de cada mes se pondrá una nota en los respectivos libros de registro, expresiva del número de actas registradas. Esta nota será suscrita por el Juez del Circuito, o a falta de este por el Municipal y por el funcionario encargado del registro. Antes de suscribirla, los funcionarios judiciales examinarán los registros, e impondrán, en caso de advertir irregularidades, las sanciones legales correspondientes.
