º . Efectos de las decisiones del Defensor del Cliente. Las entidades podrán establecer en las normas dirigidas a su buen gobierno o en sus reglamentos internos que las decisiones del Defensor del Cliente, en la medida en que sean aceptadas expresamente por las partes, serán consideradas de obligatorio cumplimiento para las mismas.
