Ajustes de metas. Los usuarios que viertan al mismo cuerpo de agua o tramo, por mutuo acuerdo, podrán modificar sus metas individuales o sectoriales siempre y cuando la suma de las metas ajustadas no altere la meta global de reducción de carga contaminante de la cuenca, cuerpo de agua o tramo al que correspondan. Los acuerdos se mantendrán vigentes durante el quinquenio. Los acuerdos de ajustes en las metas sectoriales deberán ser registrados ante la Autoridad Ambiental Competente con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de las metas y ajustar el factor regional.
