De la competencia para la aprobación de las reformas estatutarias. Corresponde a las autoridades que hayan otorgado personería Jurídica, conforme a la competencia definida en los artículos 2.5.3.9.15, 2.5.3.9.16 y 2.5.3.9.32 del presente decreto, decidir sobre las solicitudes de aprobación de las reformas estatutarias.
