La inspección, vigilancia y control de los recursos procedentes de la contribución a la infraestructura turística que sean destinados para las acciones descritas en el parágrafo 1° del artículo 2°, estarán a cargo de la Contraloría General del Departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina quienes deberán rendir un informe anual al inicio del periodo de sesiones ordinarias a la asamblea departamental sobre la destinación y ejecución de los recursos.
