Art. 224. La Sala, en caso de consulta, procederá como si se tratase de apelación; hará nuevas glosas, oirá al responsable y dictará el auto que estime legal, bien aprobando el fenecimiento ó bien improbándolo, ó declarando alcances en contra de los responsables.
