ARTICULO 40 . INFORMACION SOBRE LA ADJUDICACION. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones informará al público por lo menos por un medio de comunicación social de amplia circulación y difusión; el resultado de la licitación pública, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la adjudicación. Esta información contendrá una explicación de las razones tenidas en cuenta para adjudicar.
