ARTICULO 3.3.3.12.- RESPONSABILIDAD POR EL ULTIMO ENDOSO. De acuerdo con el artículo 1311 del Código de Comercio, cuando la comisión tenga por objeto la compra o la venta de títulos valores, el comisionista responderá de la autenticidad del último endoso de los mismos, salvo en cuanto los interesados negocien directamente entre sí.
