La sociedad "Centrales Eléctricas de Nariño-Cedenar", previo estudio, realizará la electrificación de las poblaciones de "Tunja Grande" (Municipio de Florida), "Rosal del Monte" (Municipio de Buesaco), y "Los Arrayanes" (Municipio de Córdoba), en el Departamento de Nariño, para lo cual la Nación le girará la suma de ochocientos mil pesos ($ 800.000.00).
