De la constitución de garantías sobre el auxilio de cesantías. Con fundamento en lo establecido en el artículo 1519 del Código Civil, solo podrán constituirse garantías mobiliarias sobre el auxilio de cesantías con sujeción a lo establecido en el numeral 3 del artículo 102 de la Ley 50 de 1990, el artículo 4° de la Ley 1064 de 2006, el numeral 1 del artículo 256 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y el numeral 4 del artículo 11 de la Ley 226 de 1995, so pena de los efectos establecidos en el artículo 1741 del Código Civil.
