Mesada Pensiona de Navidad. A. partir de la vigencia del presente Estatuto, los exalumnos de las Escuelas de Formación que se encuentre goce de pensión, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague una mesada adicional de navidad igual a la que haya devengado en 30 de noviembre del respectivo año. El pago de esta mesada debe efectuarse dentro de la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
