Cuando el presente decreto se refiera a organismos deportivos, se entenderá por tales a los clubes, ligas y federaciones deportivas nacionales. Las divisiones, secciones o comisiones especializadas, que correspondan a la organización de federaciones deportivas nacionales, se reputarán también organismos deportivos.
