Si cualquier establecimiento bancario a que esta ley sea aplicable rehusare u omitiere, después de la debida notificación, pagar alguna contribución de las que esta Ley establece, o si cualquier establecimiento bancario o cualquier empleado, director o agente de él, rehusare u omitiere, después de la debida notificación, pagar alguna pena o multa en que haya incurrido, de acuerdo con lo previsto en esta Ley, el Superintendente deberá cuando a su juicio los hechos lo justifiquen, poner estos hechos en conocimiento del Procurador General, quien deberá Instaurar o hacer instaurar las acciones o procedimientos a que haya lugar contra tal persona, corporación, oficial, director, agente o empleado. Igual conducta deberá seguir el Superintendente cuando cualquiera otra persona o corporación violare alguna de las disposiciones de esta Ley.
