º . El impuesto de industria y comercio autorizado por los literales a) y c) del artículo 7º de la Ley 56 de 1981, regirá en cada caso a partir de la vigencia del acuerdo municipal que fije dicho gravamen para las entidades propietarias de las obras de que trata el mismo artículo, siempre y cuando esté en operación comercial la respectiva central de generación eléctrica, o la mina o cantera de que se trate se halle efectivamente en explotación y sea de aquellas a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 7º de la Ley 56 de 1981.
