La Interventoría tendrá una Junta Asesora, formada por cuatro Vocales, designados asimismo por el Gobierno, que procurará escogerlos entre los comerciantes importadores, los fabricantes nacionales, los agricultores y los trabajadores. La Junta Asesora será presidida por el Interventor, quien tendrá voz y voto en sus deliberaciones. Los Vocales de la Junta Asesora tendrán una remuneración de veinte pesos ($20.00) por cada sesión a que concurran.
