El artículo 70 del Decreto - Ley 955 de 1970 queda así: Artículo 70. Consulta. Las sentencias absolutorias, las condenatorias cuando la pena impuesta sea privativa de la libertad por tiempo superior a un año y los autos de sobreseimiento definitivo, de cesación de procedimiento y de archivo del sumario, se consultaran con el superior, caso de no ser apelados.
