La "Junta Informado de Daños y Perjuicios", queda expresamente facultada para pedir y obtener de todas las oficinas públicas y privadas, copia de los documentos, informaciones o certificaciones sobre hechos que considere conveniente establecer o aclarar, para un menor estudio de las declaraciones de los damnificados, La "Junta Informadora de Daños y Perjuicios" podrá, además, pedir al interesado las informaciones adicionales que estimare necesarias.
