Las demoras en el cumplimiento de las disposiciones de este Decreto serán penadas con multas de un peso por cada día, y las omisiones con multas de $1 a $10. Estas multas serán impuestas por el Tesorero General o por el Director de la Contabilidad General, en su caso, se cubrirán dentro del tercer día, después de la notificación que se haga al responsable por la autoridad del orden político a quien se comisione al efecto.
