No Utilización de Servicios. Cuando los beneficiarios del Oficial o Suboficial no utilicen los servicios asistenciales de la Sanidad Militar o de las personas o entidades particulares autorizadas para prestarlos, el Ministerio de Defensa quedará exonerado de toda responsabilidad y no cubrirá cuenta alguna por concepto de servicios substitutivos de los anteriores. Se exceptúan de esta norma, los casos de urgencias que deban ser atendidos por personas o entidades diferentes de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 2.3.1.2.2.1.3., de la presente Subsección.
