Art. 2.° Los acreedores comprendidos en el artículo anterior elevarán sus jestiones directamente por conducto de la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, con los documentos justificativos del reclamo que resolverá el Gobierno, previos los informes del caso.
