Elaboración de los índices. La elaboración, aplicación, implementación y evaluación del Indice de Riesgo de la Calidad del Agua para Consumo Humano, IRCA, y del Indice de Riesgo Municipal por Abastecimiento de Agua para Consumo Humano, Irabam, será expedida por los Ministerios de la Protección Social y de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial en un plazo no mayor a un (1) mes contado a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto.
