El Gobierno nacional reglamentará las condiciones especiales de reclusión que se les aplicarán a los miembros de los Grupos Armados Organizados que se sujeten a la justicia en el marco del título tercero de esta ley. En todo caso, tales condiciones serán carcelarias e intramurales en colonias penales agrícolas de que trata el artículo 28 de la Ley 65 de 1993 , garantizando la privación efectiva de la libertad.
