Anexos. El proyecto de ordenanza para la creación de un municipio se presentará acompañado de una exposición de motivos que incluirá como anexos los estudios, certificaciones, el concepto expedido por la Oficina de Planeación Departamental, el mapa preliminar del territorio del municipio que se pretende crear y los demás documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la ley.
